- From 200 000 € to 400 000 € 7% incl taxes
- From 400 000 € to 600 000 € 6% incl taxes
- More than 600 000 € 5% incl taxes
The rates indicated are inclusive of taxes at the french rate of 20%.
Our agency fees are to the charge of the seller.
